Tropical Knitter

Tropical Knitter started in 1999 providing knitting classes in Singapore. The idea for the store started as a service to provide people in the classes with an easy way to purchase knitting yarn, knitting needles and accessories. This website evolved gradually from this. The range of items in our store has been specially selected to be useful, practical and cherished. We're looking forward to our new shopping cart (yes, we have waited a long time to get this together!).

A small wholesale section has also been established for knitting needles and knitting cases. We will be adding new products to our line up in 2007.

Our focus is on knitting for warmer climates and we plan to increase our range of yarn and designs for this. We are looking to produce customised crochet homewares and garments. This seems to be a natural progression of things for us.
